Drinking Water Treatment Plant
TSE Water delivers advanced drinking water treatment solutions designed to meet the highest quality and regulatory standards for municipal and industrial applications. Surface water, although widely available, often contains contaminants such as suspended solids, bacteria, algae, organic matter, taste, odour, and sometimes high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), requiring efficient treatment before use.
Our drinking water treatment plants use a multi-stage treatment process including coagulation, flocculation, clarification, and filtration to effectively remove impurities and ensure safe potable water. For municipal water supply systems, TSE Water offers high-performance media filtration combined with advanced ultrafiltration technology for reliable purification. In regions where feed water contains high TDS—such as borewell or tanker water—we provide nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO) membrane systems for superior drinking water quality.
To ensure complete safety, treated water is disinfected using controlled hypochlorite dosing systems or advanced UV disinfection units, delivering clean, safe, and compliant drinking water.
High Purity Water System for Industries
TSE Water specializes in constructing high purity water treatment facilities aimed at generating and injecting pure water for the industrial process sector eg, Pharma, Semiconductor, Food. Our deep understanding of industry requirements, coupled with our established technical expertise, enables us to design, manufacture, install, and provide comprehensive support for these plants.
Our systems are validated for meeting the necessary water resistivity levels and for effectively controlling microbial contamination. The plants we develop are fully automated, with control systems tailored to the specific site needs.
We employ a variety of technologies to ensure the generation of high purity water, including primary filtration, softening, ultra-violet treatment, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, ozone generation and dosing, as well as electrodeionization.
TDS Removal through Ion Exchange
TSE has extensive expertise in water purification, with over 200 demineralization plants successfully implemented using advanced ion exchange technology. This proven method ensures effective removal of dissolved solids, especially salts, to produce high-purity water. TSE offers solutions ranging from basic exchangers to advanced systems like layered beds, co-current and counter-current regeneration, and ion-specific treatment for contaminants such as boron and arsenic. Our systems include softening units, ion exchange columns, DE alkalization systems, condensate polishing units, and EDI systems, all designed for durability, efficiency, and compliance with stringent industrial water quality standards.
Total Silica Reduction for High-Pressure Boiler Feed Applications
TSE leverages its extensive experience in designing boiler feed water treatment systems to effectively eliminate silica scaling in turbines, improving reliability and reducing operating costs. While conventional pre-treatment removes suspended silica, soluble silica remains a challenge and can vaporize at relatively low pressures, forming hard-to-remove deposits that reduce efficiency and risk turbine failure. To address this, TSE offers integrated solutions combining pre-treatment, ultrafiltration, and advanced technologies such as ion exchange or reverse osmosis, along with high-efficiency electrodeionization (EDI) systems that achieve over 98% silica removal. We also provide specialized desilication solutions for waters with low TDS but high silica content, ensuring consistent water quality, protection of critical equipment, and optimal performance in high-pressure boiler systems.
Side Stream Filters for Cooling Tower Make Up
TSE Water provides sustainable solutions for cooling tower make-up water treatment using various technologies. Their focus is on improving water quality, reducing fouling and corrosion, minimizing chemical use, and optimizing processes. Technologies include ultrafiltration, activated carbon, multimedia filtration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange softening, and more. Side stream filtration systems offer a cost-effective solution to water issues by removing suspended solids and organics from cooling water. This reduces fouling and biological growth, improving water and energy efficiency by lowering water discharge and scale formation on heat transfer surfaces. TSE Water provides various side stream filtration solutions, including centrifugal separators and automatic screen filters.
